    The villages of whitewater is such an Amazing community. The Manager Tammy is so professional, sweet, nice and makes you feel like you have lived here all your life. She works so hard to make everyone feel at home. She knows all of us by name and our pets names. She has parties for her residents. Tammy always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to talk you and pet your fur babies. We all Love her. They are very lucky to have such a great manager that cares about her residents and her property. The property is so clean, fresh and close to everything you need. The pool, fitness center, bike trail are very nice but, the customer Service and the professionalism is more Important. I highly recommend living here!!!

    Nicest rental neighborhood in Harrison by far. It’s SAFE, CLEAN, QUIET & VERY NICE! Maintenance is very quick and helpful. Tammy in the office is the best! She constantly goes above and beyond for us. The pool, fitness center and clubhouse are always very clean. We have all we need here!

    We had to find temporary housing while our house was being built. When we first drove by Villages of Whitewater, we thought they were individually owned homes. The community is so well maintained, and the units look so nice on the outside. Once we realized they were rentals and saw the inside of the units, wow! These are incredibly nice apartments. And Tammy, the community manager, is amazing! She was informative, helpful, and very responsive as we worked to get into a unit. Thank you for all the help, Tammy!!

    Great community with very spacious and comfortable townhomes. Staff in office (Tammy) is a pure gem…what a terrific lady to work with! She does so much to make this a friendly home for all residents. Casey is one of the most talented facilities manager I’ve known in many years of renting. Very quick response, expert knowledge, and a super nice guy who seems to really care when something isn’t working for us.
