I recently received an email claiming I hadn't complied with pest control standards. That's false. I removed everything from the kitchen cabinets. I even filmed it. They did this to me last time to lie and say I hadn't complied with the standards. All this just to collect money. This complex terrorizes its tenants with unfounded accusations. For almost two years, they've been forcing tenants to pay for their own garbage buckets and put them out in front of their apartments, and then they complain that the premises are dirty. But it's you who caused the premises to become dirty. You make people pay for garbage you don't even collect. I take my own garbage to the bin. Today it's pest control fees, tomorrow it'll be garbage collection. In any case, you shouldn't try to stay here, you'll regret it, they'll make you suffer by making you pay.
