Our house was finished in 2021. We have had flooding in our yard due to the grading being done wrong, drains put in wrong, and the houses behind us being built up to high. 2 years later and getting the Attorney General involved we are now getting the yard regraded and new sod. Also the CRA was never calculated correctly or explained correctly. Paying up to 2,000 more to live in the park. Ridiculous we will never recommend Pulte or Beulah Park to anyone.

Not only on time, but early! We are extremely pleased with our experience building at The Grove at Beulah Park by Pulte. With any major build things will get missed by a contactor, but the Pulte team was always “one the spot” to make the fix. We are now in our forever home, but would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

I closed on my house in April 2021. As of writing this (January 2023) I still have problems in my house that have existed since close. Pulte continuously drags their feet and delays / changes their resolution plans. You couldn’t pay me to ever buy from them again.
