These pictures are just a small sample of the defects in the house they delivered to me in October that have yet to be corrected. Door knobs are falling off. The carpeting installation had to be seen to be believed. They removed their carpeting and they offered me $3000.00 back on the carpeting. It's costing me over $8000.00 out of pocket to have it replaced. It's now December and I still haven't received the money. There was more paint on the fixtures than on the walls. If you buy from them expect poor quality and lack of timely response on problems. TP, you responded to my review on 12/16/22. You have my name on the review, so it is very simple for you to look up my home purchase and escalate these concerns, if you wanted to, without me reaching out again. The company is well aware of the problems. These are just a very small sample of what is actually going on. Whether or not they take care of them remains to be seen.
