There were multiple issues when we arrived including, * No provided trash can for trash pickup and still got charge for multiple months and never got a refund. * broken door, broken door handle, permanent writing in the cabinet(still not fixed) * electricity and water rates are higher than normal areas (~2x) * parking can be very far sometimes as it’s not assigned * would be considered overpriced for what we have * traffic patterns in and out are not very well designed, but I understand there isn’t much they can do about that Some of the nice features include, * big open kitchen to living room * provided dog waste stations * somewhat decent response time from office * understanding with support animal relief In all, I will definitely have a hard decision when our lease gets close to ending.
