As we haven't rented since the early 90s, we wanted to see multiple communities before deciding. We knew living communally will be an adjustment. From the minute we arrived here and met Billie it became evident we had found our new home! She's so welcoming, helpful in every aspect, from the application process to where things are in the community. Even our dog, Dorsey, liked her immediately. He now looks forward to seeing her when we pick up the mail. Roy, the maintenance man is attentive to everyone's needs as is obvious by the impeccable appearance of the buildings and grounds. I'm excited about having my own gardening space, joining neighbors at the community dog park and swimming this summer.
