  I cannot express enough how nice and thoughtful the managers are. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the specific names of the two I’ve interacted with, but both have consistently done a fantastic job. The building is new, I believe, and while there are some growing pains, how you address them is what truly matters. There have been constant car break-ins that remain unaddressed (although a camera was installed before the most recent), and the security alarm constantly goes off for no reason sometimes for 2 plus days, which can be a significant nuisance. Additionally, if you live on the south end of the building, the connection is absolutely horrible. I do believe the cleanliness has improved but that’s just my opinion. I think these issues can be fixed, again, it’s just growing pains, but hopefully, this gets their attention!

  Sooo I’ve been living here for about 5 months, and overall it’s been just “ok”. The apartment itself is nice, and thankfully my neighbors are quiet and respectful. HOWEVER, safety here is a serious concern — there have been multiple car break-ins, and just this morning I saw around six vehicles that had been broken into. It makes me feel uneasy and actually really unsafe living here. For the price and the way this complex markets itself as “luxury,” I expected much better upkeep and communication. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office — calls go unanswered, and issues are hard to resolve. They always say “call the office with any questions” but then they never answer? It’s a decent-looking community on the surface, but given the safety concerns and lack of management responsiveness, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it, especially for the cost…..

  Management have been kind, and big shout out to maintenance who have been clean and professional. HOWEVER, this is not luxury living. Tenants here are gross and constantly leaving the place dirty. Trash juice dripping everywhere, and people who leave their trash outside their door constantly. The elevators are disgusting and consistently one elevator is out of use. A massive party went on until at least 2am last night in the commons area. Alcohol, DJ, catering, all while everyone was trying to sleep. They made the fire alarm go off for the whole complex waking everyone (there are sooo many children and babies in this complex and nobody seems to give a shit about them). Evictions need to be issued, this is so out of hand. And management seems to be at a loss for how to handle it. Oh, and if you want to leave your lease, because the complex isn’t holding its end of the deal, you cannot sell or transfer it. You’re stuck with it.

  The office and staff are wonderful and the property management company has been fine to work with. Not to be a Karen, but they have made some poor choices in whom they rent to. I thought moving to a “luxury” apartment would weed out some less than desirable neighbors. They are trashing the shared spaces. The 1 trash compactor and 2 giant dumpsters are apparently not enough and they just throw it in the street. There are flies everywhere, streaks of trash “juice” all over, people smoke in the elevators, and spit gum out in the courtyard (after they destroy the grill). If your kid or pet makes a wrong step into the flowerbed you might find a rusty razor blade. I will update this review if something changes. Again staff has been great. UPDATE August 2025: I do not recommend moving here. I felt safer in the slums. Many people coming in and out of the complex who are not residents. Speeding through the parking lot at all hours of the night. On 8/23/25 a huge party of mainly non-residents fills the common area starting around 7pm. There is apparently catering and a DJ. They fill the area with smoke at 11:45pm triggering the alarm and waking up the whole complex. The Fire Department turns off the horns and leaves. The police arrive and do nothing. There is no one to contact to enforce parking and tow away “visitors” at 1am. Emergency maintenance can’t help either, truly sorry to bother you dude I know it was a long shot. The bright side: The huge trash bins are gone but few know how to use the compactor and pile their trash in front of it blocking access to the compactor. Smell is terrible I feel bad for the south west corner apartments. Management issues empty threats of fines instead of telling people to just simply shut the door and press the green button to work the compactor. I will continue to update this review. 3 stars changed to 1 star.

  Nothing about this place is luxury. Good luck if you’re on floor 2 it smalls bad because people leave trash everywhere. The elevator also stinks and someone presses the button with their foot. Once you’re trapped on a lease management will not answer your calls you have to show up in person at a different location at that. Upstairs neighbors are so loud I have had to call the police. Management will not allow me to end my lease all though I have every right to as lease ensure quiet apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE this is basically section 8
