  After 6 months of living here I can definitively say this is one of the best apartments in downtown Columbus. Holly the leasing agent is always making herself available with any and all questions or concerns I may have, the amenities are really nice the views in my apartment of the downtown skyline or breath taking to wake up to every morning and there's strong wifi throughout the building making wfh SO easy and my dogs are also very at home here too.

  I absolutely love living at The View on Grant! The apartment complex is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. What truly sets this place apart is the management team—they are amazing! Every interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported, and any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel like part of a community, but they do exactly that here. Highly recommend The View on Grant to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  I have had a consistently positive experience living at The View on Grant, and I especially want to recognize Holly for her professionalism, responsiveness, and overall care as a property manager. Communication has always been clear and timely across everything from rent and ledger questions to lease renewal, maintenance requests, parking coordination, and general building updates. Whenever I reached out, Holly followed up promptly, explained things clearly, and made sure there was a clear next step. Maintenance requests were handled efficiently and respectfully, with good coordination and follow-through. Parking communication itself has always been handled well by the management team, with advance notice about closures, alternative arrangements, and waitlist updates. That said, the only real inconvenience of living here is the overall parking setup, which feels more like a structural limitation than a management issue. Parking options are limited, and the most cost-effective lot is about a block and a half away. When street parking near the building, it can be frustrating to constantly manage meters, especially for residents who work remotely some days or have variable schedules. It is easy to end up with parking tickets simply from missing meter windows or move times, which adds stress and extra expense. It would be great to see a more resident-friendly solution in the future, such as limited-time permit parking or a short-term free parking option near the building. Even a small buffer would make a big difference for residents who cannot afford designated lot parking and rely on street parking near the building. Overall, The View on Grant is well managed, organized, and resident focused. Having a property manager like Holly, who is reliable, communicative, and genuinely attentive, makes a noticeable difference in the day-to-day living experience. Despite the parking limitations, I would still recommend this community to anyone looking for responsive management and a well-run downtown apartment.

  What a wonderful experience for my daughter’s first apartment! The staff is kind and helpful. The apartment building is in good condition, well run, and safe.
