I like that I can wake up in the morning and go to the rental office and grab a fresh cup of coffee before I start my day and I don’t have to go to Starbucks or any of those coffee places 😁. I also like how they Connect with the residence by hosting engaging parties and get-togethers. It’s not just a place to live but a place to connect with neighbors. From the move in process, to living there for 1.5 years, to moving out- everything was absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen a rental community before that cares so much about the property as well as the residents. The maintenance staff is absolutely phenomenal and are always out and about working. The office staff are kind and genuine and will always go the extra mile for all residents. I was extremely happy with the quality of my apartment and always received so many compliments when I had guests over. If it weren’t for changes in living arrangements, I would still be living here!

It’s been the perfect place for us to call home and to now welcome our new puppy. Our friends always comment on how beautiful the apartment is when they come to visit. The high ceilings, hardwood floors, and back patio are our favorites. Abbey and Byron are great! We have not had any issues in our apartment specifically, but we constantly see Bryon working around the building and making this place even better. There are plenty of events in the clubhouse and pool area to help you meet other residents and get involved. My husband and I often use the clubhouse for the gym, shuffle board, and hot chocolate on a cold night. We’d definitely recommend this complex to friends and others interested!
