The location is incredibly convenient & I feel safe walking around the area at any time of day. The community has a calm atmosphere that makes coming home feel like a little exhale after a long day. The management team & residents have been nothing but kind, responsive & welcoming. It’s the type of place where our community truly cares about keeping the energy pleasant. The building itself is impressively clean, both inside and out. My apartment was spotless when I moved in & the common areas are well maintained. The amenities are a huge bonus too! The gym is well kept, the resident room is a nice space to relax & the Starbucks espresso machine has quickly become one of my favorite everyday perks. Overall, I’m really happy living here and would absolutely recommend The Kingston to anyone looking for a safe, clean & genuinely enjoyable place to call home. * I’ll update this review over time to reflect my ongoing experience*

Fitness center has all new equipment and social room can be used for events if you want. It’s a great location for me as I have access to restaurants, a coffee shop shop and market. I made the right choice moving here.
