Fitness center has all new equipment and social room can be used for events if you want. It’s a great location for me as I have access to restaurants, a coffee shop shop and market. I made the right choice moving here.

- IPIncognito PersonOct 25, 20251.0This place is terrible, elevators are always broken, you hear water dripping in pipes but they say that is normal, they send out emails that repairs and construction is going to happen, then it occurs on totally different days, and you have to pay for trash valet service that doesn’t pick up sometimes, but if you don’t bring your garbage in by a certain time you get fined! But the valet doesn’t have to pay if they miss a pick up. Also, they suddenly took away a lot of parking space for reserved paid parking that no one is using! Now it hard to find a parking spot. I complained and they told me to park on the lower lever or in the shopping center parking lot! What is the purpose of residence parking on the second level or having a parking sticker for your car you have to display? This apartment complex is a bait and switch. They tell you one thing when you move in and then do different after you sign the lease! Glad I moved!

Thanks to the help of Elizabeth and the staff, I arrived late on my first night (11 p.m.) without any problems. Since then, they've been always so kind and helpful, and my family is always grateful. The surrounding area is also nice, so I live safely and comfortably. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Upper Arlington, or around Columbus.
