This literally goes on for hours. Despite many residents confronting this guy and calling the police (who never show up for anything) the Griff has done nothing to correct this behavior. I know for a fact he has been reported to the apartment complex many times and nothing has been done. If you are a medical student who has to wake up early for class or work stay far away from this place you will get no sleep.

But that’s because a staff member in the office told me that as long as I returned the keys on the same day, I’m still get charged 250 bucks which is unreasonable. I have handed before, but they asked the cleaning should be extremely spotless, so after get there guarantee I have went back and only taking a little extra time to clean before turning them in. The second is that some of the charges are still unreasonable. I only left a few small boxes, but I was charged $30, which seems excessive to me. Also, since I know the walls are repainted for every room anyway, I don’t think I should be charged $55 for painting — the wear and tear on the walls is just normal from living there. The worst is the delay in resolving this matter is due to the very slow response times to my emails — often taking around two months to receive a reply.
