Lived here for two years. Terrible sound insulation. If someone upstairs keeps moving things and dragging them forcefully on the floor, you may have depression and have to wear earplugs every day until your ears are damaged.
Unless you have no other choice, do not live here. I'd rather spend more money to live in an apartment where I can truly relax.

• The elevator has been broken for over a month since I moved in.
• Residents have been forced to use the stairs every day, which makes this building not accessible for anyone with disabilities.
• I live on the 5th floor and the elevator elevator to the back entrance is continuously broken, so it’s a daily struggle going up and down.
• The elevator has only worked a few days total since I moved in — completely unacceptable.
• There have been multiple fire alarms in the middle of the night (around 3 AM).
• The alarm is extremely loud and continuous, ringing “beeeeeee…” nonstop for about 20 minutes each time.
• When trying to contact management, their phone system uses an unhelpful AI assistant that never connects you to a real person or resolves any issue.
• Referral program is misleading.
• They advertised gift card rewards for referrals, but it takes months to hear any updates.
• In our case, only one friend received the reward even though four of us were referred.
• We’re now stuck arguing with the front desk to get what was promised, which may take a few extra months.
• Overall: avoid this property — poor maintenance, unreliable management, and false advertising.

My experience of living here was suboptimal. I decided to rent here assuming higher prices = higher quality. Man was I wrong. The management operates purely out of contract without regard to individual circumstances.
The smell in corridors makes me puke, the carpets in many places smell and look horrible. The backyard is full of dog poop. The area is mostly industrial without nice views, or walkable areas.
The furniture peels off even with normal use, i was afraid to use the sofa and the chairs often.
The good things: close to university, has snack section downstairs, large gym, study areas, bus stop within reasonable walk (5-6 minute walk).
Overall verdict, I could have got the same with a much lower price.

Overall a nice place for price. They have problems with trash being left around in halls and sometimes trash outside overflowing. Otherwise it is fine

This place is a really nice off campus residential area. Nice and clean and feels like a 2nd home. The staff are also all really nice with great customer service. Would recommend
