Niesha is amazing with responding to service requests, Jade and Michael have great communication skills and have been addressing all questions or concerns in a timely manner. The team here fosters a welcoming environment for residents. I most definitely am thinking about renewing my agreement.
- LLLoganSep 10, 20251.0This place takes advantage of naiive college students and their parents' money. My roommates were stuck up CCAD art students that did nothing but smoke weed all day. When I moved in the lady that managed the place tricked me into paying the previous tenants' last month's utility bill with some contrived explanation of paying in advance, but then of course made me pay my last month's utility bill when I left. Rent was overpriced as hell. This was back around 2017. hopefully they've gotten their act together. long overdue review.

You can also hear your neighbors every move as the walls are paper thin. I also had to pay $100 for parking monthly even though someone was always in my spot. Management does not enforce parking rules nor do they work with you about issues.
