Any request that I have had has been promptly addressed, and the staff here are incredibly friendly. The Steelhouse property manager, Cassidy, is especially great and you can tell she really cares about the residents. Dylan, the leasing agent, is also very friendly, professional and helpful!

The only thing that would improve my time living here would be adding camera surveillance in our parking lot. My car has been broken into several times. I understand cars get broken into anywhere you live, so not a steel house issue but hopefully in future that could be something the company considers!

The maintenance supervisor, Colt, has done an outstanding job making sure everything is in great shape. The team here is also incredibly welcoming — Kassidy, the manager, and Dylan, the leasing agent, make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set Steel House apart. Highly recommend this community!
