  I own a home in Abbie Trails. When I first moved into my home, I never received any information about being apart of an HOA. My title agency never caught that I was apart of an HOA somehow, but also PMI never tried to notify me or communicate with me for at least a year of moving in. The first paper I ever received from PMI was a collections letter saying I’m being sued by them. I fought with both PMI and my title agency to make up these fees going all the way back to 2017, I didn’t move in until 2023 which meant the HOA was not working properly before. I asked when PMI took over the company and I believe it was in 2023, which means they are just trying to collect money for years that they weren’t even there. I received a “welcome binder” with no adequate information about the HOA, just the rules I needed to follow. When I addressed this the Attorney shut me down and told me the binder didn’t even need to be sent out but was just a nice thing they did. I told them the binder should have adequate information to be able to be successful in the HOA. I have communicated with the Owner Brian and their attorney that sent me to collections. Once they found out I could be potentially moving, they stopped responding. I have sent over 10 emails demanding proof of communication, how they come up with our budgeting since our lawn care is 22,000 and growing, when are HOA board meetings are, etc. They said we would have events throughout the neighborhood for the year, each time they had one they canceled and never received any information where are money goes to there. I asked to join the HOA board, I was ignored. I have been ignored for the last two months demanding information about this HOA. I will be taking legal action at this point but I’m here to let you know who PMI truly is. They don’t care about you as a community, just how much money they can collect. I will also be making a review on the BBB.

  Excellent HOA Management and Education Our homeowners association has been working with PMI since February and the experience has been outstanding. We switched from a company that was in several major markets and was unresponsive to our needs. Their guidance to the new board at developer turnover was almost non-existent. We discovered that they had made several large errors in budgeting that greatly impacted our community. PMI has been a font of information on how to establish and run a homeowners association board and regularly offers guidance and education. They handle our financial and contract management with efficiency and transparency. They are quick to provide communication and reports. Communication is prompt and clear, and often quicker than industry standards. When there have been issues with some of the contract employees, they have acted as intermediaries and arranged meetings so the board can understand the process. Thanks to their organization support and detailed reporting, our community now has clear documentation available to all homeowners, and a record of all business being transacted on behalf of homeowners. It is clear that PMI takes pride in their work and they value their relationships with the board and residents. I highly recommend PMI to any HOA looking for a dependable, proactive and friendly management partner. They have made a real difference in our community. Judith Hicks, Homeowner / HOA Board Member

  I would recommend this company to anyone!! We previously worked with Asssocia who was terrible, but this company has been insanely helpful every step of the way. I would also like to acknowledge that the handful of more recent one star reviews are members of my community that are very much exaggerating their concerns that I have personally been able to verify are not accurate. Adrian and his team are extremely responsive, very professional and knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to address any level of concern. I was the HOA president that hired this company to replace Associa and I can tell you the difference was night and day! I cannot speak highly enough of Adrian and this company and all the effort they've taken in the past year to get our neighborhood back on track from the previous year.

  This company has consistently demonstrated poor communication and a lack of accountability. Reaching anyone for support requires multiple attempts, and their technology systems — including the app and autopay function — are unreliable and frequently malfunction. Rather than addressing these issues or notifying residents, they continue to impose late fees. Maintenance concerns, such as pond malfunctions, have been reported for months without resolution, and interactions with staff are often dismissive and unprofessional. As a former HOA president, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service provided and cannot recommend this company.
