  I'll explain my general review at the end. First, I need to share my current feelings at the moment: We just wanted to get 2 Bar Tools (out of 10 or something) for just 2 hours for our guests in out unit. (No single person was there to use bar tools by the way. All 10 of them were available) We went to front desk and kindly asked whether we can do this or not. But the lady in the front desk rejected this very small request without any explanation. We are paying bunch of different fees each month. I'm not saying we have a right to do this. Of course, we don't have a right to do this. Thats why we came to front desk to ask whether they accommodate this small request or no. But the front desk need to learn to be open to accommodate such a small requests of their guests instead of just rejecting them and making them feel bad. That would make you more hospitable and 'luxe'! Even if you can't accommodate this small request, you can be more genuine and approachable and kind while rejecting. Well done! Enjoy your rules now. 👏 Okay, I just checked other reviews and realized my problem is very naive compared to others. 😅 I'm sorry for the ones who had bad experiences. Let me give my thoughts about other reviews and this complex after 1.5 year of residency: -Roach issue was incredible and never solved for months. Thankfully, it seems okay for a couple of months (dont jinx it) - Trash is an issue as others said. But I dont know whether I should blame them or people who could not learn how to push their trash bag into machine properly and push a single button! (Some people leave it at their unit door. Crazy!) -As others said, cars are getting attacked approximately 2-3 per year. Be ready for that. -In contrast of other reviews, I think one of the best part is sound isolation. I can say it is best I have ever seen in US. I'm able to sleep at 8:30pm. (but in summer, pool rules are not enforced properly which cause noise until 00:00 am) -Maintenance guys, Gabe and Tristan(sorry if I remember names incorrectly) have been great so far for us. 5 stars to them. Really appreciated. -Gym and pool is good. - Kitchen, appliances, bathroom, pool view etc are masterclass in our unit. Thats actually why we don't want to leave this place at all :) Anyway, I just wanted to give my thoughts when I see other reviews. I might add more later. Overall, I'd give 4 or 5 starts but front desk broke our hearts today! 😭

  If you’re looking for a “Luxury” apartment that comes with noisy neighbors, constant traffic sounds, dirty hallways, and an unmanaged trash station, then this place will be the perfect choice for you. The soundproofing is terrible — you can clearly hear your neighbors talking, and if you happen to live next to someone who plays loud music in the middle of the night, say goodbye to any peaceful sleep. On top of that, when you move out, they will charge you an outrageous amount in extra fees (almost $1,000) without providing any breakdown or explanation. The front desk also promised to mail my security deposit to my new address within 60 days, but I never received it. I followed up twice, and they kept insisting it would be sent. But when I asked a third time, they suddenly changed their story and claimed that the deposit had already been “applied” to the move-out charges — meaning I would never get it back. They are worst

  Loud living space, lived here for one year just got out last week. That was a fairly miserable year, definitely not worth the money.. the amenities aren't fantastic, it's noisy living, crowded, parking stinks.. the leasing office people are meh.. nothing about this screams "Luxe" except the fancy name and misleading outside.

  I’ve been at Luxe 88 for a few months now and it's not perfect but it’s been a pretty good experience overall. Besides a small issue with one of the kitchen appliances when I first moved in (which maintenance fixed pretty quickly), I haven’t really had any problems. No roaches, no leaks, and I haven’t seen trash left in the elevators which is nice. The only downside is some noise from upstairs, not a big deal most of the time, just noticeable if someone decides to run around their apartment at 1am. But that also depends on the people. Other than that, Steven at the front desk is always super helpful and friendly, and the maintenance guys have been great about taking care of things fast.

  My family and I absolutely love living at Luxe 88! The manager (Robin) and staff members are wonderful, kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Anytime we’ve needed help from maintenance, our requests are answered promptly. These guys are the best! The office staff is always offering fun incentives for residents as well. A few recent ones include donuts and cider, book/plant exchange, grab and go breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs and chips in the afternoon, pool parties, the list goes on. The amenities are fabulous! The pool is always clean and warm, with many lounge chairs to enjoy. My husband and I love using the gym as well. Plenty of machines and equipment to use. I really appreciate how clean the property is. The hallways are always vacuumed, the pool area is reset every day, the building and elevators smell fresh! Couldn’t recommend this property enough! Great location, easy/quick drive to get anywhere, close to downtown, Dublin, and Worthington.
