  If I could give this place negative stars, I would do not move in here. I lived with black mold in my bents for a year, and they refused to do anything about it. The washer and dryer were constantly broken. The dumpster was constantly overflowing with trash it would be weeks before they would clean it out. It is a literal disgusting apartment complex management does not communicate whatsoever with their tenants. Overall trash would not recommend to anyone unless you hate your life and you wanna hate it even more. This is the worst place that you can move in. It’s not even cheap considering everything that they tack on for all the hidden fees and it’s disgusting. They don’t fix things and getting a hold of management it’s next to impossible even if you go in office plus your packages will go missing constantly all of the time do not recommend at all. Their maintenance themselves that own the apartment told us that we had black mold, and it was on our windows and in the vents, and an HVAC technician came out and confirmed that it was black mold along with our personal testing kit. We spoke with their lawyer and they just kept passing us around and wouldn’t answer any of us and they basically said it was invalid because it was a at home testing kit, but it wasn’t. It was their HVAC technician that came out and told us it was black mold.

  0/10 do not recommend living here! Washer and dryer were both broken for the first few months of living here, lost heat and water TWICE during the winter with no cost off of rent despite the apartment being unlivable. Both pools had leaks and were closed for the beginning of summer with one being out of commission until mid July and now the cherry on top is we have MOLD growing in our vents. This place is truly disgusting and not worth the “cheap” rent that isn’t even cheap given all of the hidden fees and community utilities that cost my roommate and I an extra EACH $100 or so a month ! if you’re considering living here, do not do it :)

  Honestly, there is a lot of exaggeration in some past reviews. I've lived here for two years now and have also gone through the multiple management companies stated in prior reviews. Yes, the previous management teams were pretty bad and did not do their jobs. HOWEVER, this new management team is on top of everything so far. They've worked with me regarding my lease, re-vamped the resident portal, had maintenance teams to my apartment quickly, and got two massive dumpsters to assist with trash during move-in/move-out periods. Special shoutout to Dena who works at the leasing office and has been great from start to finish. Extremely helpful and welcoming, and has helped me with any problems I've had. I've never had an issue with my plumbing or A/C like others have stated. In my two years of living here, only one car was broken into and it was addressed the next morning. The picture with the tires off of a truck was in relation to a tenant fixing his own truck. This property is not in a bad area, and the current management team is working hard to make sure tenants are happy. I'm happy :)

  When it comes to maintenance, Forrest is the best! Super quick to respond and always does great work. It’s such a relief knowing things will be fixed fast and done right.

  Comparing to the last maintenance team, the new maintenance team at Grandview Apartments is a significant improvement! Frank H went above and beyond with our AC, even providing a window unit until a vendor fixed it. Forest S quickly installed a new toilet handle. Their efficiency and dedication are making a huge, positive difference here!
