  Horrible experiences with the maintenance team and office staff that walked into our home without notice. Broken/damaged personal items and ruined clothes after drywall repair due to no notice being given and not being able to remove or cover items. Multiple months with no repair or response from the leasing office. Sad to see how far this place has fallen due to mismanagement. Despite their response below, the business did not in fact notify me of entry. And when the vendor was scheduled, I was not notified. I was only informed when I got a notification on the app the repair was "complete" which it was not, and I had to get updates from them by calling in going down to the office, ZERO proactive communication was done on the properties end.

  By far one of the best places I lived. I moved here from DC last year and rented without going and viewing the place prior which can be very nerve-racking. The location is close to work. Apartment is updated, clean and spacious. Management is always friendly. Shoutout to Richard the maintenance man who is always on top of things. Very glad I moved here.

  Wonderful place to live with a great maintenance team! We lived here for two years and had a very positive experience. Richard is amazing — truly the hero of the apartment! He’s always professional, kind, and quick to help. Highly recommend this community.
