    For the most part a good place to live, but everything in and around the lobby is very frustrating to deal with. Most notably, they switched to a new system to access the package room that is constantly going down. A staff member needs to reset the network when this happens or they can manually open the door with a physical key. The problem is that when there is no staff member from Friday evening to Monday morning, it becomes impossible to access the package room when it goes offline (which happens basically every single weekend). This is a huge deal when there is stuff you need to be able to get out of there. In addition, the computers/printer that residents have access to are also consistently having similar issues. Less important but I also believe the coffee machine should be restocked on Fridays in addition to Mondays so that it isn't just spitting out hot water over the weekend.

    You have to make 3x the rent but they say they take section 8 lmao just say no we dont take it. Nobody on SSI can qualify. So you don't really accept section 8.

    Gateway Lofts is amazing from the location, amenities, apartments and staff. Maintenance is always on top of it and the ladies in the office are nothing short of amazing! Would definitely recommend this community to all my friends and family!

    Bees….not feeling safe 😣.I have been dealing with a lot of hundred bees inside of my unit over a week from now already. Got stung a few time so I have stayed at my friends house for a couple nights….. Gateway loft officer wasn’t solved the problem. I just need some help to be safe when I have been living here for 5 years! Bad experience 😣
