Save yourself and don’t move in here. I've lived in this apartment for less than 2 months, and my experience has been nothing short of terrible. The biggest problem is safety. The building uses a public garage where anyone can wander around, and I've had unsettling experiences—being followed and receiving disturbing notes with details like my license plate information. There have been multiple instances of people knocking on my door uninvited.
When I approached the property manager about my concerns, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Due to these unresolved issues, I've been forced to break my lease and pay an extra 2 months of rent as a penalty. It’s a complete joke, and I advise anyone considering this apartment to be extremely cautious and thoroughly inspect the area, especially around that garage.
Proceed with extreme caution.

1 star because I have enjoyed my apartment at 80 on the commons over the last few years but the building is ran by costal ridge, which if I could, I’d give them zero stars, a faceless corporation that has zero empathy and compassion for its residents. No logic or competence goes into decisions made at the building. Although it’s nice, it’s extremely expensive for what you get. Hollow plywood doors, cheap appliances, cheap carpet, and they use NEP for their utility services, the biggest scam I’ve ever been apart of. If you’re considering moving in, make sure you understand what you’re getting into, look up NEP reviews, consider you’re living in a community ran by a faceless corporation, and although they promote luxury living , it’s only luxury on the surface level. Stay safe!

Our late July move-in experience after-hours was flawless! I’ll update this review further as our tenancy proceeds!
Also shout out to Ishmael and Dylan for being awesome!

We were shut out of our apartment balcony by a faulty door, just days before a concert we were anticipating was going to happen in the performance space below. Within two days (while we happened to be away), Dylan got the Anderson company to come and not just fix the door but retrieve some items we had left out there that a storm might have blown away or damaged with rain — just in time for us to enjoy the concert from comfortable chairs on our balcony. Many thanks to this conscientious crew, who kept me updated on the project via text messages. I’m giving them five stars, despite that this issue never should have happened, creating a potentially dangerous condition.
