  The front of the house has done a great job with getting me settled in. I look forward to living here at the 250. Thank you Kelsey and Kelsie for all your help and if you want someone to live downtown come check it out!

  Just moved in this month, Kelsie was great throughout the entire process. Move in was smooth and I love my apartment so far, so much storage, great view and quiet neighbors!

  I lived here for 2 years, and while the prior management was excellent and made me want to renew, the new management has been completely irresponsible and unprofessional. During move-out, management charged me for internet I had canceled months earlier, $200 in vague “damage/cleaning” fees with no itemized proof, and overcharged me an extra month of rent. Even though I had a documented family medical emergency and they knew I was moving out, they refused to work with me simply because I didn’t submit it “in writing.” That extra withdrawal actually overdrew my bank account, and weeks later they still haven’t returned the full refund they themselves acknowledged was due. It feels like the management counts on tenants not questioning charges. As a student with no income, being milked like this has been extremely unfair and stressful. If you’re considering living here, dont't.
