As a first time homebuyer, Tara was a pleasure to work with: she was incredibly patient, helpful, and responsive as my wife and I navigated this process. Most other loan officers I initially spoke with were pushy and used sales tactics on me, whereas Tara was genuine, friendly, and took extra time to make sure we understood and were comfortable with everything involved in the transaction. Tara also never made me feel rushed while speaking on the phone and responded to texts and emails at all hours of the day, even when it was not urgent. I feel as though the level of service Tara provided was far beyond what I expected from a loan officers and I look forward to working with her on my future mortgage needs.
