The management, staff and maintenance team is fantastic and is doing the absolute best they can, Amber and Alyssa are frequently addressing concerns and sending out information pertaining to any issues. When we found another apt available on our same floor that was slightly larger, the move and transfer of rental agreement was seamless. The location is PERFECT - we can see downtown Cleveland the Lake Erie from our 4th floor apt and the 10ft ceilings make the unit feel even larger. I'm very happy we moved here and chose to extend our lease!

The community areas have recently been upgraded and are well maintained. Moreover, Cleveland Police Department has enhanced their presence and regularly patrol the community grounds for parking and resident safety.

The property managers Amber and Alyssa are so personable and willing to help. Truly an “ask and you shall receive” environment. Mari works the front desk and is always a friendly face and willing to help out. We adored this building and will miss it tremendously! The apartment was beautiful. The gym, which has gotten lots of new equipment over our time here, was perfect and we were able to cancel our memberships at outside facilities. We each had our own garages which was so great! Would recommend living here!
