I’ve been on NUMEROUS apartment tours in my time, and NEVER have I had such an excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable. She was genuine. And she spoke with EVERYONE we met and asked if they needed anything as we met them at on the tour. Give this woman a raise!

What they advertise isn’t always accurate—the pool is supposed to be heated, but it definitely isn’t. If you tour the property, just check it yourself. The doors are constantly breaking, and safety is a real concern. The parking lot needs better lighting, and there should be more security cameras to protect residents. Overall, management needs to follow through on their promises and make the property safer and more reliable
