- CKCaullin Keith2 days ago2.0Maintenance doesn't even promptly respond to mold growing everywhere. We have had mold growing on the ceiling in our living, bathroom, bedroom, clothes, furniture, dog dish bowl and out vents since mid-summer. We emailed the property manager at the end of August who said he'd have someone come take a look and then proceeded to send a painter a month later. The painter saw all the mold and said he didn't feel comfortable just painting over it all as he was directed. Maintenance scheduled to come have a look, but didn't show up to their own appointed time. On September 18, a month later, Mr. Hughes unironically asks "Can you please send me updated images. I want to get this taken care of sooner than later." Mold aside, location is solid but definitely not the experience you think it'll be given the price.

She is the worst person to be running any property. People have been attacked in the parking lot & they refuse to provide residents with any protection. They refuse to get cameras on site despite most residents paying ‘luxury’ rental prices for a slum property with no parking & no safety measures to make residents feel safe living there. There is no proper maintenance on this property. Many people go months without major repair, such as HVAC repairs. The property is always left in complete disarray. Avoid this property at ALL costs!
- NENatalie EckelsSep 18, 20251.0Do not live here. There was a resident threatened at gunpoint in the parking lot and the residents weren’t even notified of this horrific safety concern. Another resident had to post this on all of the doors because Heritage wouldn’t inform the residents of the safety issue.
- EMEmily MasonAug 23, 20251.0The parking lot is full by 9 pm every night, causing you to have to park blocks away. As a young woman, this was very unsettling. During the worst snow storm of the winter, Heritage left the snow untreated for two days, causing a thick layer of ice to form. They decided to hire someone on a small vehicle (basically a Gator with LED lights attached to it?!) to plow this at 2 am two days later. There is no sound proofing whatsoever. Trains, people, whatever, you’ll hear it all. The dumpster area is horrible. Bags on bags of trash for days. The complex reeked of dog pee and poop. The package system is a hot mess as well- I had to start getting my packages shipped to friends houses or family nearby if I actually wanted to receive my items. The gym is a nightmare- there’s never any wipes to clean the equippment and everything felt sticky. You will never be able to get your floors fully clean because there are a million paint splatters all over. There are so many better apartment complexes in the area that are almost the exact same price. The location and proximity to Oakley square is the only thing good about this apartment.
