- DEDave EnglertNov 14, 20251.0stay away from this place!!!!! I was a renter for 5 or 6 years and this place was way awful!! I had an under powered ac unit that constantly froze and leaked all over the living room floor. the trash area (compactor) was always having an issue with either being jammed or trash built up allo over the area. there is mold in the vents that when told about they would just have the maintenance man come out to just whip the vents with bleach and say its all fixed. they manages are very dishonest so make sure you get a copy of your lease. I signed my lease and when I went to pay my rent noticed that rent was much higher than I signed but because I didn't have a copy of what I signed they altered the lease to a higher amount. I would rate this place no stars as I feel that a 1 star is too good for this place.

And that I have actually been an insanely good tenant.And in court, you wouldn't even allow me to get an extension to get a lawyer.So that I could explain my side of the story.So thank you.I hope you have the day you deserve and I also hope that, if you ever become a single mom that no one does you the way you all did me.
- JJJordan JOct 3, 20251.0Disgusting place and management. Friend lives here, management didn’t pay the garbage bill or something because the dumpsters are overflowing into the street. Smells disgusting through the whole complex. They collect his rent every month but can’t pay the trash bill with it.
