If things need to be serviced or fixed, they have acted promptly. I've had excellent experiences with the staff, who have been friendly and professional. I love its neighborliness, the sweet greetings of passersby, its beautiful gazebo and pond, the "all ages," dog and cat-friendliness, and its general beauty, its feel of being "tucked away' from the hurly burly outside. The units are so spacious and the grounds are beautiful. We have two small dogs, so finding a short term rental that allowed us to have them with us was important. As much as we are looking forward to being back in our home, we really are enjoying our time here.
