  Maintenance team has been great with quick response to service issues and the apartments are being revamped to make it a good place to live again!

  Construction at 7AM this morning outside our building without any warning. Brown water coming out of our faucets in the morning with no warning. Many other problems here….what’s not to love about this place, plenty!

  Other residents were helpful in moving in. They offered help and when we declined they still held/proped doors open for us. Getting our keys was easy and quick in the office.

  Since the new owner has taking over, things are on point, very quick response within the maintenance department. The Office for leasing, is very professional 👏 👌 when communicating, and my building hallway is very clean. Thank you Eagle Rock for the amazingly work you're doing here @ Lakeshore, we appreciate it so much and we're great-full and very happy to have you as our new owner. Eagle Rock is doing a wonderful and sophisticate job here @ Lakeshore, they're cleaning up the apartments, it's like a breath of fresh air. May God continue to bless them in the wonderful work they're doing, here @ Eagle Rock. Thank you for caring, love from tenant.
