  The lady in the office just sat there and was unwelcoming. I left without seeing the apartment. I would not want to live here. Hire someone else.

  Very expensive. Charging way to much for water sewer trash. Mold found in bathroom, mice behind the stove and in closets. Called maintenance office several times but nobody came, the smell was so disturbing.i swear i cant wait to get the heck outta here.

  it was nice when i got there but the staff and maintenance is horrible they waited for ever to send me how much i owe in rent closet doors fall aprt and no one fixes its ok to live but if u need help with fixing anything or rent problems its the worst never will i live here again for this price

  My husband and I lived here for just over a year and had no major complaints other than the hallways smelling like marijuana and nobody ever picked up their dog poop. There was a scuff in the carpet when we moved in and when we moved out in may 2016, they sent us a bill with no information on it. When my husband contacted them about the bill, they said that the bill was for the carpet replacement. Even if that's what it was actually for, we should not have had to pay for that because the scuff had already been there and that was the only damage. The bill went to collections and my husband and I went to visit the apartment we had left (which was now being rented by another couple). They showed us that the scuff was still there and when we took the photo to the office staff, they retracted what they had said about the bill being for the carpet replacement and told my husband they would remove the bill from collections and he would get his security deposit back. It's now been 13 months and the bill is still in collections, hurting his credit, and we have yet to see a check for the security deposit reimbursement. My husband has been continuously contacting the office at highland club and they lie to him every time, making claims that the check has been cut and is being mailed to him, that they emailed collections, etc. We are growing more and more frustrated. If this is not resolved by the end of the month when he leaves for military training, we will have no other choice than to pursue legal action. This has gone on long enough.
