While this place was decent to live at, moving out was horrible. Our lease had ended in August and we were supposed to close on our house that kept getting pushed back due to the sellers. Lori Oliveri was kind enough to tell us not to pay the rent-to-rent rate and to continue paying what we were previously paying and that after moving out, if the inspection went well, we would be getting our security deposit back. Well that was a lie. Until the end of September when we moved out, she had told us multiple times to not pay the rent-to-rent. After not receiving our security deposit check, my husband had went to the office multiple times to ask where our check was and her response was always ‘it’s in the ‘mail’ or ‘come back here to pick it up’. Instead of receiving our security deposit, we got a letter in the mail for collections. We’ve never had any issues nor caused any problem. We paid our rent in full every month and kept to ourselves. They also amended our lease saying we had to pay 5$ per month for parking, which we didn’t sign for but was charged anyway. I’ve emailed the property manager who refuses to work with us and instead of doing the right thing, they just want money. If you move in here, never trust a word they say, and Lori is a horrible person. If we had known that they wouldn’t have worked with us, then we would have made other arrangements to move out while waiting for closing. Instead we were stupid enough to believe her and practically be told ‘sucks for you’, here’s a collections letter.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of the amazing staff members at my apartment complex. She’s always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I stop by the office. She’s the one who always helps me out with getting the key to the billiards room, and she never hesitates to assist with anything I need. Her positive attitude and kindness really make living here a great experience. It’s always nice to see someone who truly enjoys helping residents and making sure everyone feels at home. Thank you for everything you do! Ask for Lori

An all-around awful place to live. It started with the then-office assistant going into the leasing system to pull my phone number and he started texting me because he thought I was attractive, telling me that he would use his master key to come into my apartment at night. Then it only got worse. Awful office staff, poor maintenance, consistent issues. They also broke into our apartment while we were still living in it and started making unrequested repairs, and stole our water dispenser. Then had the audacity to keep our security deposit. Truly awful place to live with scummy office management. Would not recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others know what to expect. My family and I applied for an apartment at this complex and were told we would receive a response within 72 hours. The application process itself was confusing and not straightforward—the system would not allow us to upload required documents. When we called for assistance, the property manager told me she would call me back, but never did. After waiting with no communication, we went to the office in person to follow up. Instead of receiving clarification or support, we were told to submit another application and pay an additional $20 fee, despite having already applied. The staff member we dealt with was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, which only added to the frustration. We met the income and credit requirements, yet no clear explanation was ever provided. The entire process felt disorganized and raised serious concerns about how applicants are treated. I’m ultimately glad we found another housing option that was more suitable for our family and handled the process with professionalism and clear communication. Unfortunately, that only highlighted how poorly this experience was handled here. Housing is a major decision, and applicants deserve transparency, respect, and timely communication. Sadly, this office fell short on all fronts.

If I could leave a zero star I would. They lie, violate your rights, and break the law. The property manager complains to the tenants about her husband’s ankle problems when nobody cares about them, or her for that matter. They unlawfully evicted us using a clinical diagnosis as a “good cause” told a Marine veteran that she intended on making his anxiety worse. And for anyone who wants to reply to this, keep in mind that if you don’t want a negative picture painted of the way overpriced and under maintained by hack job maintenance personnel, keep in mind that you are the ones in control of the paint brush. It is my Constitutional right to put it display and no lawyer has the authority to take that right away from me. Nor does a property manager that is disliked by even the town supervisor. They also refunded us money paid to them, agreed that we didn’t own them anything, made it to where we could not make any payments, and then sent us into collections. They also harassed me after moving out by sending me text messages and emails asking for me to share my experience knowing it would violate the “NDA” we were coerced into signing under duress leaving me to speculate that they will come after me in court.
