  As our mortgage broker in duchess county Jim at Fairway Mortgage Services saved my partner and I a ton of headache and leg work. He made sure that we were getting the right product for our needs by making sure the mortgage was eligible for a "re-cast" as we were juggling the sale of one property while buying another and had to put less money down, and then a second chunk of money down once the sale went through. The process overall was made so much easier, every time there was a hoop we needed to jump through, he made sure to make it as easy as possible. Would highly recommend and use again!

  Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first phone call. He spent so much time navigating my wife and i through the financing process, and never hurried us. He was always patient and thorough. We had put in a handful of offers, only to be let down by a wild market....but Jim had every detail squared away every time. He also worked seamlessly with my realtor which took a huge load of our back. I look forward to purchasing our next home and knowing exactly who I will call when I need financing again! We would highly recommend!

  Jim is the best! Moving from a midwestern state, and then having complications with the house-buying process, my wife and I were so grateful to have Jim to help us with the mortgage. He was very responsive and did such a great job answering our questions and giving us information and advice. Jim is honest and open, and a friendly guy who really knows his stuff. I highly recommend him!
