The property is owned and operated by Norstar Development and they have taken and old run down YMCA and rejuvenated it into a modern quality apartment complex for senior citizens. The building is just getting it's first tenants and is still in process of remodeling but so far the work is excellent and the pride is right since this is Fair Housing eligible.
