  Sandra is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and highly skilled at negotiating and managing transactions. Because we were searching from a remote location, we relied on her to provide honest, detailed insights into each home—something that can be difficult to capture even during a FaceTime tour. Sandra was incredibly helpful in evaluating finishes, location, traffic, noise, and overall fit. She is responsive, easy to talk to, and truly takes the time to understand her clients. I would highly recommend her for any type or level of real estate transaction.
