Shaun has been in the real estate industry since 1992 when he obtained his New York State Real Estate Sales license. He's been in the mortgage lending end of the industry since 2002, having worked for JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. He then moved over to Bank of America where he was a Retail Sales Manager in Manhattan for three and a half years working with a team of mortgage bankers in helping them grow their business. Shaun was a Sr. Vice President with The Federal Savings Bank for over 7 years and honed a niche in portfolio lending, working with products that allow.
