- RSRobert StackJun 11, 20255.0It's been over a year at Air City and I've renewed for another term. The apartments are beautiful, slightly above average in cost, and do have sound issues. But are still better than any other facilities I investigated when I moved to Rome. In addition, when Kellsey took over management relations and service took a giant step up in quality. The maintenance guy in my building, Bill, is the best, too. Imagine great management and excellent maintenance combined with beautiful apartments... But people are people, so talk to Kellsey and see what she can do for you. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Bottom line: I do not recommend living here. First of all, these buildings went up far too fast to really trust that they will withstand even a strong gust of wind, let alone central NY weather over time. Also, the management has changed several times in just a few months, and I understand why. Everyone in the office is unresponsive and treats tenants as though they are somehow inconveniencing them even though all they are being asked to do is their job. For upwards of $1500 a month, do yourself a favor and find one of the many better places in the area to live.
