We are out-of-state buyers that are moving on short notice and Rick has been incredible with our housing search --touring for us, accommodating the time change to view houses, coordinating our schedule around a newborn baby, and providing us with advice on neighborhoods. He worked with us on our final walk-through to meticulously inspect our house and find plumbing errors and then fought to have us compensated for them prior to closing. Rick has provided excellent recommendations for insurance providers, loan officers, and contractors to help with changes we will need for us to move in. He worked to schedule craftsmen to do repairs while we were away so that our house would be ready for us to move with our newborn. I cannot recommend him enough and am excited about the prospect of working with him again in the future.
