  The Venue is a great place to live. Elise has been great from the start. She gave me a tour of the building and of the apartments. She was always helpful and friendly. She responded to any questions quickly and sent me all the information I needed to make my decision. I have met the new Manager Julie and she has been nothing but FANTASTIC! Any issues I have she takes care of promptly. She has already made great changes in the building in the short time she has been here. I am very glad I chose the Venue as my new home. The amenities are great too! The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. Maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend living here at the Venue.

  You can do better; keep looking. The location is good, the price point is good, but there are issues with primarily heating and cooling that you need to ask pointed questions about. Individual apartments cannot control heat in the winter, and can only access air conditioning once the ambient temp is 70+. If we had known then what we know now, we would not have rented here.
