  My significant other and I just close and a property yesterday with Jeanie Nasello and her team actually this is my second time around I am using Jeanie and her team it was a wonderful experience Jeanie is a wonderful person she moved mountains for us. it was like a race to the finish line and she helped us win that race. She was understanding and efficient with the entire process. Her professional and detail-oriented drive did not go unnoticed and we are so appreciative.

  Just closed on my second property with a Loan from Tyler and team at Premium Mortgage Corporation. Absolutely wonderful to work with offering a ton of personal assistance and attention. I have had to work with the the remotely (internation location) and they have been super patient with me, and very responsive. Looking forward to the next opportunity to work with Tyler and team.

  I recently refinanced my mortgage and worked with Amy Bell, who was by far the best mortgage industry professional i have ever worked with (this was my fourth real estate transaction and no one i have previously worked even comes close to Amy.) She is incredibly kind, exceedingly efficient and communicates every step of the process clearly. Thank you Amy!

  My experience with Premium Mortgage was extremely frustrating and far more stressful than it should have been. Communication was inconsistent, important information was not clearly disclosed upfront, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times to get basic answers. Key documents and explanations came late in the process, making it difficult to fully understand options while under time pressure. While the loan eventually closed, the process felt disorganized and lacked transparency. A mortgage is one of the largest financial decisions a person makes, and this experience did not inspire confidence or trust. I would strongly advise future borrowers to ask very detailed questions early, insist on receiving all disclosures in writing, and carefully review every document before proceeding. Response to comment: I did reach out to Amy before anything was finished and she didn’t even respond till I reported you to the state and federal government for steering people into loans they do not need. Have fun with your audit!!
