  Great apartments with a third class management! We lived at Stonegate for around 3 years. The apartments are nice, spacious and well kept. There was not a pool or tennis court so much for paying for a luxury apartment. You can walk to the pool in their sister property but it doesn’t work well if you’re living to the far side of the property. Same goes with the garbage disposal. There was always a hit or miss with the maintenance. Sometimes they will fix things without any issues and the next time expect a 100-200$ bill for fixing minor things. The communication with management was highly unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. Move out process was very poor due to miscommunication with management and constant back and forth. I was charged excessively for normal wear and tear items which I had to haggle with the management and point to their lease agreement due to their unreasonable expectations to get removed.

  I moved into Stonegate just about a month ago. I was formerly at a nearby complex. The staff at Stonegate were great to work with and very helpful with the moving logistics. I absolutely LOVE my new apartment. The complex is great, the building is great and so are my new neighbors. I'm so glad I made the move up the street!

  This is a comfortable place to live. The management is very responsive to our needs, the maintenance service is excellent, the grounds are kept up, the place is secure and safe and also very quiet. The porch balcony is excellent to enjoy and our neighbors in each complex are friendly and helpful as well. For us it is the right place to be at this time in our lives. The apartments are very well laid out and easy to function in.

  I lived at Stonegate for 2yrs and have nothing but good to say about it. Management was exceptional as well as maintenance. The sound barrier between apartments made it as if i had my own sanctuary. I lived on the top floor penthouse and the sunsets were breathtaking. I was also able to watch the fireworks at the South Mall from my balcony. The rooms were very roomy. I just can't say enough about the place. Im taking care of my 87yr old mother and also engaged. When my mom goes home to be with the Lord, this is the place I will return to once married.
