  I moved into Stonegate just about a month ago. I was formerly at a nearby complex. The staff at Stonegate were great to work with and very helpful with the moving logistics. I absolutely LOVE my new apartment. The complex is great, the building is great and so are my new neighbors. I'm so glad I made the move up the street!

  I have resided in Rosetti Properties for over 20 years now, currently at Stonegate. I do love where I live - the apartments are beautiful with a lot of special touches. There is abundant storage space. The underground parking can't be beat. We are close to everything, including downtown Albany and I-90, but still retain a rural, private atmosphere - lots of deer and turkeys! The buildings are situated so as to allow for plenty of green space. The Maintenance crew is top notch, as is our Property Manager. It's an all-around great place to live.

  Its been a year since I signed my lease and just wanted to say it is a fantastic place to live. The attached garage is an excellent perk during the winter months. The maintenance crew does a fantastic job clearing out the parking lots. I enjoy using the fitness center every day. I would strongly recommend Stonegate Apartments to any future resident

  I lived at Stonegate for 2yrs and have nothing but good to say about it. Management was exceptional as well as maintenance. The sound barrier between apartments made it as if i had my own sanctuary. I lived on the top floor penthouse and the sunsets were breathtaking. I was also able to watch the fireworks at the South Mall from my balcony. The rooms were very roomy. I just can't say enough about the place. Im taking care of my 87yr old mother and also engaged. When my mom goes home to be with the Lord, this is the place I will return to once married.
