  I am going into my 3rd year of living at Partridge Hill. I absolutely love my apartment. It is so spacious and I love the layout. My building is so quiet and my neighbors are so friendly. Anytime I had needed assistance from maintenance they respond incredibly quick, and I'm always impressed how they go above & beyond for their tenants! I leave for work early in the morning, and by the time I wake up the staff has already started snow removal when there are storms. Susan, the property manager, also responds so quickly and genuinely cares about the tenants. She has answered my phone calls after hours and her kindness is always appreciated. The complex feels like a friendly, safe, and caring community. I honestly could not ask for anything else that would make me happier in an apartment complex! :)

  My husband and I are loving our experience living at Partridge Hill Apartments! From the easy online application process to your personal online portal where you can pay rent, everything is very modern and user-friendly. We feel very well taken care of by the incredible maintenance staff that tends to the apartments, as they are very fast to respond. We find there is always plenty of parking, clean hallways, and a clean laundry room. As for our apartment, we love our spacious rooms, the amount of closet space in each room, and our private balcony. We appreciate the fact that it is a quiet complex with kind and courteous neighbors. We are so thankful for our time here at Partridge Hill and would recommend the apartments to anyone.

  We moved in November 2021 and everything was clean with a lovely new carpet. Maintenance staff responds quickly & is always polite & friendly. Neighbors in our building are friendly and courteous. Very nice place to live!

  What a rip off place. Do not move under any circumstances. Rude maintenance staff. Will overcharge to clean place after you move out.
