  I’ve been a resident here for several years and wanted to share my honest experience. While the property is visually appealing and in a convenient location, the quality of construction has made day-to-day living increasingly difficult. The walls and ceilings offer little to no sound insulation, so noise from neighboring units is a constant issue. Conversations, televisions, and footsteps are clearly audible, often late into the night. Management has been notified of these problems, but the underlying issue appears to be the building’s lack of proper insulation rather than isolated tenant behavior. It’s unfortunate, because this could be a great community if the structural soundproofing were improved. For the current rent prices, I expected a quieter, more comfortable living environment. I hope the management team takes resident feedback seriously and invests in addressing these ongoing noise concerns.

  I love the location of Fowler Square properties, and I have met a lot of nice people that live here. The walking path around the property is definitely a plus for a retired person who likes to stay active. I will say that the apartments are very noisy because there’s no insulation between floors and ceilings and no insulation between walls. I can actually hear my neighbor snore! And my apartment is in the cottages. So if you don’t mind sleeping with earplugs, it’s not too bad. I am a current resident and I really like my apartment. I just wish the extra step had been taken to insulate so that there wasn’t so much noise transfer. Fingers crossed that my neighbors are courteous and mindful of the sound transfer, but sometimes that just doesn’t happen. It definitely can be intolerable at times. The apartments still have the luxury price tag, but they fall short of actual luxury apartment living

  I moved in during April 2022, and have really enjoyed my time here. Construction was still being completed elsewhere on the property, but the crews were very considerate, and it's looking really nice as they wrap up the final buildings. Chelle and the team are so nice to work with, and I really appreciate the responsiveness. I live in one of the garden-style apartments, and it's feels like I still own a home. I haven't been in the main building that much, but I have a parking spot in there, and it always looks nice when I go over to get the mail.
