- TCThe Game CenterJun 11, 20242.0Showed interest in renting here and got blown off by the leasing agent when I came for an open house. Never got any response or explanation from him.
- BBBrian BenjaminDec 25, 20231.0Almost two years of living here and management and the building have shown time and time again about the short comings. Move here if you want monthly apartment inspections and maintenance. The management team doesn’t schedule things probably causing numerous privacy violations. We have had maintenance people walk into our apartment while sleeping. Moved into the apartment, flooring coming up in spots, cracks in drywall, dishwasher didnt have proper parts when I moved in, outside areas full of dog poop that nobody picks up, multiple instances of a pitbull attacking residents with management refusing to enforce the terms of the lease and allowing them to stay until their lease expired. Many broken heater units leaving residents with no heat and sometimes flooded apartments. The pool is never open and the garage door breaks on a regular basis. Building has a nice location but many things wrong with it and very very poorly managed.

The pool was great for our son to swim and the location across from the train station made my daily commute to the city easy with the express 32 min into Harlem 125th!
