While scrolling craigslist I not only see this false listing still popping up, but checking the page directly shows that they are updating and intentionally keeping this page up. Not to mention that Rachel did confirm in person during my visit that they run craigslist listings, of which I haven't seen any others for Iroquois Village. This is the only post for Niskayuna and Schenectady mentioning Iroquois Village meaning they are just lying in their response. Doubling down on something this sketchy is a horrible look. Added another screenshot showing the listing being updated as recently as yesterday. If its not Iroquois posting this then they are expecting you to believe that some random person is putting up and maintaining high quality ad listings on craigslist with false prices just to... bait people into wasting their time for some anomalous and unknown purpose? That makes no sense and is absurd compared to the obvious answer that its just your ad. Other reviews and other people I've spoken to who have visited here mention that they use a common tactic of asking for more than their listings show once you're trying to apply. Again, avoid this company.

Posts scam listings and lies about pricing. Claims that "apartment pricing rates can swing as much as $500 in a single day" to make up for the fact that their listings and prices they post are outright lies. If this is how they dishonestly open in advertising themselves I imagine they will behave this way in all other facets. Scheduled and took time off work for a viewing just for them to begrudgingly admit prices never get as low as they advertised when in the leasing office.
Attached is a photo proving that the listing was updated today and it still sits at $1500 price for a 2 bed 2 bath.

Apartment is a good size for 2 people. Nice to have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. And garbage pick up (just outside your door) 5 days a week is awesome. Only downfalls I’ve seen in the past month since moving in, are inconsiderate tenants below and above. No one seems to have any consideration for those living around them, especially on weekends. And there seems to be a lot of tenants who have dogs. Barking is ridiculous at times. But the smell of wet dogs on a rainy day is overwhelming.

Had a very bad experience from the management and a neighbor. They accused us of making loud music and banging sound while it was from my 6.5 year old son's occasional running and my 1 year old baby boy's crawling during day time. Even we let them know that there were children, we were intimidated with lease termination and charged $225. Police were called on three times during the day-time. The police found nothing wrong from our side. But by that time my son already got phychologically traumatized. At the end we broke the lease by paying lease breaking fee. When we asked where the lease terminatio notice was they kept silent because they realized children were involved here. Then why charged us $225 in the first place?... again no answer from them. Never seen such an unprofessional and rude management and that particular neighbor with such antipathy towrds my children.

DO NOT recommend for families with children — traumatic and unfair treatment
We’ve lived in this apartment complex for over three years with no prior issues or complaints. However, over the last 4–5 months, our experience has become extremely negative and distressing, especially as a family with young children.
A new, inexperienced and unprofessional manager (Jane) was hired recently. Since then, we've been unfairly targeted with a $225 fine based on unproven noise complaints from our downstairs neighbor — with no actual evidence provided. We have two kids (6 years old and an infant), and we’re simply living like any normal family. This is basic apartment living — occasional noise from children is to be expected.
Our previous neighbors never complained. The police were called three times by the downstairs tenant, and each time the officers said there was nothing wrong and that it was just normal living noise. Despite this, management still sent us a notice from an attorney and fined us.
We reached out to the business office multiple times, but no one — not even Jane — took any responsibility or tried to resolve the issue. Instead, they made it worse by mentioning our neighbor is considering "legal action" — against a 6-year-old and an infant? It’s absolutely absurd.
This experience has traumatized our son, and we no longer feel safe or welcome here. It’s heartbreaking.
If you are a family with children, please think twice before renting here. We wish we could give -5 stars.
