During my time working with him at TD Bank, he misrepresented loan packages, dropped the ball with required paperwork for the underwriter, and wouldn't communicate properly with my or the seller's attorney -- all resulting in the deal falling through and a pile of legal fees. Work with Mark if you want to lose your home.
