  Lynne and her team are the only people I would trust with mortgages. She is responsive, detail-oriented, and works with you to get everything approved and clear to close for your house. She's worked with us around tricky document requests, tight closing deadlines, and all sorts of challenging situations. We talked to a number of mortgage loan officers and no one compares: we've now used her multiple times and think you should too!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lynne for our home loan, and I cannot express how grateful we are for her incredible support and dedication throughout the process. From our very first call , it was evident that Lynne was truly invested in making our dream of homeownership a reality. She went above and beyond to ensure that our loan was processed efficiently, navigating challenges with expertise and determination. What stood out the most was her commitment to getting our loan approved in the shortest possible window, which was crucial for us to close on our new home in time. Communication was stellar; Lynne kept us informed every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and clearly (even when she was away on vacation) which alleviated a lot of the stress that often accompanies home buying. Her professionalism paired with a genuine care for her clients made the entire experience seamless. We wholeheartedly recommend Lynne .   Lynne is so good-natured, competent and reassuring, she made the otherwise overwhelming mortgage process as smooth as can be. She helped us choose the best kind of loan for our situation, got us the best possible rate, and she went above and beyond to explain everything to us--sometimes multiple times. We always felt like we were in good hands. Her team is great, too. It's amazing how efficiently they take care of a million little details. Overall, we highly recommend Lynne as an excellent guide to the wonderful world of homeownership.

  As first-time homeowners, my husband and I were very nervous to begin the process for a mortgage. We had no experience in this process and we also had no broker/agent to guide us. We were referred to Lynne Rose and her team, and had nothing else but online reviews to trust. I must say we are now extremely thankful to have made this decision because it was probably one of the best decisions we made in the whole process of buying our first home. From the start, Lynne took the time to call me and explain in full detail our options with the bank. She was patient and answered all of our questions/calls/emails with in a very personable matter. The process and terminology can be intimidating, but her team was so great with us at explaining every step of the way. I really felt they wanted the best option for us, and to this day we cant believe how smoothly our home purchase was. All of our friends kept warning us about their bad experiences with other banks, and I have nothing but great things to say about Lynne and her team.
