- SMSergio ManninoDec 27, 20251.0Very disappointing experience. My team and I have completed 800+ transactions over the years, and this was the most challenging lender experiences we’ve encountered. Communication with both our team and the client was extremely limited, with extended periods of no response. The client also felt pressured to use a specific title company despite expressing a different preference. Important questions went unanswered until just one day before closing after nearly two weeks of follow-up, creating unnecessary stress. The client was ultimately very unhappy with how the process was handled. Almost everything that could have went wrong because of a lender did go wrong Based on this experience, I would not recommend. RUN!
