  This was our second mortgage with Adam and Citizens and we could not be happier! Adam and his team were not only extremely helpful but also professional throughout the entire process. It’s so nice to feel comfortable and at ease when going through the mortgage process and they absolutely go above and beyond to make you feel that way. Their responsiveness is top notch and you can tell they work very hard to make the process as seamless and easy for their clients as possible. I highly recommend Adam and Citizens and we will definitely be using them again if we need!

  This was our first time buying a condo in Manhattan and it was during the COVID pandemic. Adam gave us a great competitive rate and worked with us through all the new management and bank hurdles put in place because of the pandemic. He is easy to work with, always available and had the patience and energy to make sure the closing got pushed through. Highly recommended and we will definitely be working with him again!

  Just bought a house in Providence and there was no question who I would go to but Adam. I worked with him previously when he was at another company and had no idea what to expect from Citizens. But he completely won me over to this bank with his exceptional service and the same outstanding capacity to close a deal quickly and with maximum benefit for his clients. He's hands on and stays on top of the process throughout. And Citizens has great mortgage products and I got a great deal. He's the only one I trust in this very difficult market. He's fantastic to work with and always a pleasure to do business with!

  Adam pulled off what I thought was going to be impossible. We were going through a gut renovation and were extremely over budget. He helped us refinance while paying off our home equity line of credit and getting us the extra cash we needed to finish the project. Our situation was complicated but his guidance got us there. Thank you Adam!
