- RWRobert Williams6 days ago1.0the maintenance man Mike Changed my lock within the last two weeks. since my lock was changed expensive items has gone missing. my son Brand new G shock watch, products from Canada, tgat i ordered over 6 weeks ago. i had to call the police this morning 12:23 am. someone was attempting to enter my apartment. two officers atrived on foot no visible car, there badges were covered with Black Tape, and no incident report. i feel im being bullied, seems im not wanted here. i have PTSD, Disabled, TBI. i dont feel safe here anymore.

THE MAINTENANCE MAN MIKE A D HIS CREW ARE GOOD THOUGH. THE NOISE IS UNBEARABLE. I EXPECT TO TO SEE MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR FALLING THROUGH THE CEILING. I HAVENOT SEEN A MANAGER HERE SINCE I MOVED IN HERE OVER 4 MONTHS AGO. IF THEY PLACE FULL CARPETING ON THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENTS ITVWOULD HELP BUT THEY DONY. THIS PLACE COULD BE LIVABLE IF THEY WANTED TO MAKE THE EFFORT, BUT THEY DONT. IM OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS 0OSSIBLR

She provided the information that I requested and guided me through the entire process which was completely new to me. I didn't have to chase her for anything because she was on point with getting back to me on any pending question. Her professionalism and support made everything smooth and stress-free.

- RVRobert VoceAug 11, 20255.0I lived at the apartments for 4 months, at the Nesconset location. The manager, Shari, always attentive to situations which happened from time to time. A toilet valve had to be replaced, a piece of laminate was replaced. An outlet cover was replaced. Outstanding individual, always ready to answer questions and a huge bright spot at this location! Mike, the engineer who fixed things in the apartment. Most of the time, same day service. Always pleasant and caring. My support animal loved the green grounds, and all the rabbits to chase (she wished she could), all support animals or otherwise must be leashed, the grounds were clean and maintained. Excellent experience! The app was very easy to use as well.
