- ENErin NeffDec 15, 20251.0Lot rent is $800, the roads are full of potholes, half the park is section 8. It's one huge cash cow, and it's run like such. The plowing is mediocre at best. The rodents run rampant through out. But dont worry, the park is inundated with feral cats to help with the rodents. No pool or amenities like the park next door. There is a club house you can rent though. The Village would be my first choice if I had to do it over and stay in Lockport.
