  Lots of issues with Weed Smell in the hallways, and residents proping doors open while I lived here. Submitted multiple maintenance requests, for them to come in and not fix my complaints. My partner and I are glad to be out of here. Also, Dog poop in the yards everywhere.

  I moved here back in 2020 And I’m still currently living here happily. The management and Maintinence staff take great care of me whenever I need something. The landlord, Eleanor, has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to accommodate me. They have been continuously renovating and doing updates here that make it a very pleasant place to live. I may just be lucky, but I get along great with all of my neighbors and I’ve never had a problem here, Some of them, I’m even lucky enough to call friends. Also, my Amazon deliveries are always safe here too which is important to me. Overall, I feel the price is reasonable for the space and quality of the units and for the service delivered. We pride ourselves here in keeping the grounds clean so if you don't pick up after your animals or like to throw your trash down, you wont be happy here! Otherwise this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a place in Liverpool, this is one of the nicest for the price. -S.P.

  I lived here for 9 years and haven't had any issues until about 6 months ago when we got a new landlord......she threw out everything in my storage room because there was no lock on the door......I asked to get my heat fixed and they just kept saying something about it being a 110 heater not a 220 and nothing is wrong with it......I twisted my ankle by stepping in a hole and asked them to fill it and they never did my ankle was in pain for almost 2 months the water in the shower stays warm for like 7 minutes I couldn't even fill the tub for my 2 year old with out the water turning freezing cold which turned his hands purple its probably the cheapest apartments around but not worth it

  These apartments are complete garbage. The management as well as the tenants. Maitnance won't fix anything but they stand in the parking lot hanging out all day. Now I have maitnence in my apt at midnight attempting to fix my toilet because they never showed up this morning like they said they would the night before. Also asked for my apartment to be exterminated because I found a roach.. They said the exterminator would be here 2 weeks ago.. No one has ever come.
