  Manager and Leasing Agent very helpful. My building is very quiet . The garages are directly in front of your apartment and each garage has an outside light. Walkways and parking lots are plowed when needed. The sidewalks are shoveled and treated with Rock Salt. Anxious to see more when spring comes.

  We moved in 9/16. Jarell and Will were both very accommodating, kind, professional, and sensitive to our needs. Both are very easy to work with. The apartment was clean, other tenants were friendly. Can’t comment on the fitness center or the pool area as we have not used these. Love the attached garage, however there are a few disadvantages of living on the first floor . Respectfully, Roy and Kathi Haller

  Jarell was incredible to work with. He made our transition from house to apartment easy. He was patient with us as we were moving from Florida and I was quite nervous. He always returned my calls timely. We are happy with our apartment. We've only called for an issue once and maintenance was there the next day. We are waiting for a storage closet but they are all full at the moment. Once one is open we will get it. The apartments are close to so very much, shopping, restaurants, banks, grocery stores.
