    Colleen Holmes was instrumental in registering us for a property that was going to be auctioned. She completed everything very quickly, including taking us on a virtual tour of the property prior to the auction because we were in Florida. She went to the auction on our behalf and we won! Colleen then completed all of the paperwork for a successful on time closing. Thanks so much for all of your help!!! We love our new slice of heaven!!

    As first time home/land buyers, my husband and I did not know much about the process of purchasing land. We had many questions and were in need of someone to walk us through every step of the process in detail. Blythe was nothing short of exceptional and is an absolute credit to Engel & Volkers Lake Placid. She answered all of our questions (and we had many!), took us on a number of property tours, even walked property lines with us in 12+ inches of snow.
